Oxyon Wallet Support
Help for setup, messaging, assets, and dApp connections.
Oxyon Wallet was formerly GeoWallet — your recovery phrase and addresses are unchanged.
Before asking for help
- Confirm the correct wallet address is active.
- Confirm the correct network is selected.
- Refresh the wallet after receiving assets or NFTs.
- Never share your seed phrase, private key, or password.
Common support areas
Wallet basics.
- Wallet setupCreate or import a wallet, then confirm your active address before receiving funds or NFTs.
- Missing balancesBalances depend on supported RPC endpoints, network status, token configuration, and refresh timing.
- NFT visibilityNFTs may depend on chain support, collection indexing, metadata availability, and the wallet address that currently owns the asset.
- dApp connectionsOnly approve websites you trust. Oxyon Wallet shows the requesting site before any connection or signing approval.
- Privacy & storageEncrypted wallet data, preferences, a public balance cache, your message inbox, and settings are stored locally. See the privacy policy.
- Security reminderOxyon Wallet support will never ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone asking for it is trying to steal your wallet.
Messaging
Your address is your inbox.
- Where are my messages?Open Messages on the home screen. Messages from people you know land in your Inbox; first-time senders appear under Requests until you accept or block them.
- Private messagesTap Enable private messages once (one network fee) so others can send you encrypted messages. Only your wallet can read them; the sender, recipient, time, and any XL1 attached remain visible on-chain.
- Why a tiny transfer?A message without funds still sends 0.000000000000000001 XL1 to the recipient. That is how their wallet finds the message using XL1’s address history — no central server involved.
- Public means publicPublic messages are permanent and readable by anyone on XL1, and can’t be deleted. Never send secrets, passwords, or recovery phrases.
- NotificationsThe browser extension checks for new messages every few minutes, even while locked, and shows a badge or a desktop notice. Notices never include the message text, and requests never notify you.
- BlockingOpen any message and choose Block. Blocked senders are hidden everywhere; unblock them anytime from Blocked senders in Messages.
