Why there are no streaks on XL1.

In every block Oxyon has observed, no producer has signed two blocks in a row. The block race leaves out the producer of the previous block, so a producer always waits at least one block. That is why this board shows the gap between a producer's own blocks instead of streaks: it says how often each producer lands one.

• Change compares the same producer's share with the window before (the previous hour, the previous 24 hours…).
• Windows up to an hour are counted block by block. Longer windows are counted by the hour, so their edges fall on the hour.
• A producer missing from a window produced nothing in it that Oxyon saw. How Oxyon observes XL1
